KarvTec Trading FZC is a Free Zone Company registered in Sharjah, UAE. We are a business-to-business supplier of industrial tools and equipment to customers across the MENA region. Our website serves as an informational and enquiry channel — it does not offer online checkout or contractually binding pricing. Quotations, purchase orders, and supply terms are issued separately as written documents.

The Service is intended for business users aged 18 or older. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you represent and that all information you provide is accurate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UAE law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

Any prices, lead times, or product specifications displayed on karvtec.com are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Binding terms are established only through a signed quotation, purchase order, or supply contract issued by KarvTec.

All commercial relationships with our customers are governed by the relevant signed agreement and our standard Terms of Sale and Supply, which take precedence over these website Terms in case of conflict relating to commercial matters.

The Service and all content on it (text, images, logos, design, SVG icons, code) is the property of KarvTec Trading FZC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

The KarvTec name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of KarvTec Trading FZC. Brand names and logos of our partners and suppliers shown on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.

You may view and print pages from the Service for your internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Use them at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed AED 1,000 (one thousand dirhams) or the equivalent in your local currency.

You agree to indemnify and hold KarvTec harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any signed commercial agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and KarvTec regarding the Service.
